I've already got basic light drone skills, and some decent core skills. Should I go with the, 1. Raven 2. Typhoon 3. Rattlesnake Or is there an even better one that I'm missing? Only have around 2.5m SP to inject.

Since your apparently new I would go for that and learn everything before you go on put all your eggs in one basket. I havn't ran level 4's in a while but I remember rats with point you and keep you from warping out so if where to lose something, the raven would hurt less. Also down the road the Mach is a good level 4 Blitzer. `#DeleteTheWeak`

All these fits have good damage application to the rats which is a problem for BS in general and especially cruse missiles. Make use of refitting in mission as loot table from lvl4 missions is horrible atm. I like to use Coreli A-Type Adaptive Nano Plating on my fits as it's gives good resists for low isk, they are about 60m isk now. Domi, use sentrys and fight at 50km+ (civilian gun to agro rats), pulse repper when needed.
