I have just bought my first ship, and picked it up on another station. But how do I bring back my old ship from the station, where I bought my new ship ?

Use a industrial ship
Pay someone to do it via courier
Buy a shuttle go get in your old ship and destroy the shuttle (they are only 9k)

Go in your pod if your not at War and going through High-Sec.
If not, any of the above.

Buy a shuttle and use that - oh already mentioned.
Best is to travel by pod. Warp to a station (at 15km). Then select Dock option at that station. Select eject from ship, but DO NOT confirm until the message showing that your ship will be towed into the station appears.
If timed right, your ship docks and you're left in a pod. You can then use "Warp to 0" all the way back to your old ship.

You no longer have to eject, in the station you can now right click and select leave ship, and you are in a pod :)

I wouldn't destroy the shuttle. I would resell it get some ISK back.
But since you said you just bought your first ship - this would mean you are still flying around your School Issued Ship. I wouldn't worry about it for now just leave it there or right click on that ship and select Trash.

I think this is no longer possible. But you can 'leave ship' now in station which is easier anyhow.
