...so what's up with it? The last storyline mission I got was for a level 2 agent. I'm on quality 0 level 3 agents right now. What would keep me from getting storylines?

If you decline missions, you will have to do 2 missions to make up for it. So if you decline every other mission, you will be doing missions for a long time without storylines

I've declined so many mission that following that logic i'd never again get any, but i still do. The -2 stuff is just not true. You have to do 16 mission from the same level for the same faction and you get your important storyline, it sometimes takes a while (like a day?) until you get your mail - but eventually you get it.

Possible....count out 16 successful missions, and if you still do not get a storyline, I would send a cookie to the petition monster

Its 16 missions with the same agent, if your changeing agents a lot that might explain it.

It is 16 with same level and faction, not the same agent. If I do 2 courier missions each with 8 different level 4 agents for the same faction I get a storyline.
