Ok, I'll play along. What skills do I need for mobile refineries?...lol
On the serious side, I could not find any info for it too.

There was picture with all skills and what are they needed to but I cant remember where I have found it,here, on another Eve website , where?

Last I saw, you needed Refining 4 so you can learn Mobile Refining or something to that key.

Mobile Refinery skill, plus the specialty skills for ores will help offset the inefficiency of mobile refineries by quite a bit.

Deploying Mobile Refineries will also require a higher level of Anchoring skill than secure cans. I don't know exactly how much.

Are mobile refineries in the game yet? Havem't seen the skill for it.
