either it should be 0.2 everyday or 10% everyweak. And this I am considering for Pirats. Those who have above 0.0 should't have any affect.

I didnt even know the -0.1 sec drop for negative players was gonna b dropped, wish i had known though.
Im stuck at -0.3, but as the scanner thing is totally bugged, everyone seems to show as threats.,, or no1 shows as threats, its rather annoying.

A 5% rating drop is not really realistic and somewhat harmful to game play. As players get higher sec ratings with any corp or faction it will become increasingly more difficult to maintain them becuase they will lose more ratings in a week.
A very good fix for this would be to keep the %5 drop happening from any agent/corp/fac that gained status that week. That proves you are working something for them, maybe not much but something. If there hasn't been a rating change then lose some of the ratings, but even so 5% a week is ALOT, it should be more like 5% a month.
Any comments from the Dev's out there? "I can only take so much before I'll blow up my own ship. Hey isn't that what insurance is for?"

My sec rating has been stuck since the patch as well. NOthing I have done has helped it so far. ------------------------------------------------

My sec rating has gone up by 0.03 after killing pirates for 2 hours, really slow now. And instead of rounding up it just take real value and chops off the decimal places.

I was wondering... since the sec rating got a real nerfing, and the goal appears to be lvl up all players to a low standing anyway, no matter for how long you play this game, why don't CCP implement a system where, every week, all players loose 5% of skill points ?
That would be great don't you think ? Better, make that 10%. Oh, better yet, sort all players from the highest skillspoints to the lowest, get 10 or 20% of all players from the highest sec rating to the lowest, and drop their skillpoints by 20% every week.
That would be so nice, in 2 or 3 months we would have a lot of leveled players. That would be so much fair!!

I'm still not sure whether that was dropped deliberately, or wasn't working because sec ratings were bugged to be frozen solid anyway.
Said bug may have been fixed in the downtime hotpatch, so we'll have to wait and see.

had a sec rating for factions + at +5.0, did some agent missions, raised it to 5.50 then down time came around, now faction standing at 4.80 !!!
wtf gives
