Well main post of this will be kinda short and sweet as i want to make this a discussion.
Recently ive had to deal with a fair few foreign players (they all seemed to be Russian) anyway.. The purchases were to do with GTC's/Characters from forums and basically it got to a point where i simply couldnt be bothered to type so clearly they could understand they kept mis-interpating what i was saying and confusing me back.. So in the end although they were cheaper i decided to buy from someone else at a higher price simply because i could understand what he was saying..
Is this being racist? or just getting frustrated...?
Guys please dont make this so its locked im trying to keep it on the topic of racism without being racist

From the standpoint of a consumer you have a choice of who you buy your product (GTC/Char) from. If you and the seller cannot communicate effectively then the cause does not matter.
Plus from what you describe, it isn't really racism (unless it is only Russians) its more of a really high language barrier. It could just as easily be Japanese, Indian, Hispanic, French or even southern USA.

Avoidance because you don't understand them well enough is just erring on the side of caution with your transaction.
Avoidance because of their language ("oh, he's Chinese/Russian/whatever no thanks") would be racism.
Pretty much sums it up.

ffs, soon if i wear white socks i'll be racist, this world is going down the pan due to a generation of people who have been breast-fed for too long and don't know what happens outside the cosy little suburbs.
Walk through small heath, smethwick, handsworth...most of the central birmingham areas at night in england...thats racism when you're lying in a pool of your own blood cos you're white lol
