you need to show your corp ticker for this section of the forums.
Dianabolic is the BOB contact for the guest program.
I believe the goons have opened a large area of their space as a "free trade zone" and I think you can anchor POSs there.
D2 and Co. have always had a large number of resident alliance though not sure what their policy is and who you would contact about it.

i am not sure, and i have no clue in general and i'm drunk, but i think for something around 200M/week you can get some nice space up there north.
ask pure, d2, hydra, makhai or one of those.

Before my corp went to X-Pact, we had a brief contract with "Tau Ceti Federation". They are great, keep there word, set you up with nice space if your willing to pay for it.
I hear that wicked creek is under a free trade policy now, prior communication is required for any activity i think. Contact "Amerame" for more info on that (hope he doesnt mind ).
Recommendations that apply for any agreement:
1) You should look to build a profitable pos network
2) Having access to a carrier (for hauling) is invaluable for small corps.
3) Sacrifice corp to pay the rent, not the other way around
4) Dont attract too much attention. trust me on this one, as a corp of 9 members you make good assult practice for the bigger boys

Look into the 'free trade zone' operated by a bunch of alliances in the south.
I believe the contact for that would be Vile Rat ingame.
