i lost a ship last nite when i activated an ew module on a player outside a station in 0.4 space. Sentry guns destroyed my ship, and kept shooting/destroying my new ibis when i try to leave! So i,m forced to stop playing and read/write on forums.
It was possible to freely attack people outside a station in 0.4 before patch.
So, i check as many patch notes as possible to find out if this situation has changed and cannot find anything. Is there a comprehensive list of patch changes somewhere?

Urm, you couldn't attack any player near stations/gates in 0.1-1.0 space previously. Only in 0.0 NON empire space, same deal applies now.

hmm... also it seems many 0.4 sec systems are actually 4.9, which to CONCORD means 0.5

Hate to burst your bubble, but Station guns did not attack you in 0.4 and below before patch. Gates guns did but station guns only attacked if you splashed or shot station. They did change this in recent patch and did not note it in patch review at all!!.
Many of there changes in this patch were not noted! Guess it is up to the customer to tell the public. Typical!

"burst" .. there goes that bubble .. station guns always HAVE attacked another player as soon he dropped security rating, trust me I know, once I locked an apoc, he got scared , fired, then lost it due to his agressive act.
Sentry's opened up and he was toast.

a .4 system is a .4 system and theirfor one should not be attacked by concord. station guns and gate guns are another story. i attacked a convoy in illinfrik, was outside station gun range, went to dock at cloest station, ship destroyed, my fault. station guns will fire if you do aggresive act with in range and shortly after the aggresive act is commited within site of them. and loosing your ship after? that was your fault too, have to wait up to 20 mins for the guns to reset.

well i,ve been shot before in 0.4 systems near a station and nothing happens????
i,ve had long fights outside stations and no sentry action? maybe they were bugged then? But it sure seemed that 0.4 anything goes.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for a full list of changes for the Casper patch?

So many different stories...
I have shot at people near stations/gates before and not been attacked. Those people had sec ratings below the magic -5.0 line.
Any other time, still with a few exceptions, I have been attacked for firing on people. Inconsistency seems to be the name of the game.
