The sheer brass neck of this person is unbelivable. CCP wont ban his account, I am sure he pettitioned it first to get a "get out of jail free card". Only thing you can do is warn others.
Not everyone is aware of that ccp no longer protect GTC sells unless it is done via the secure website transfer.
