No transfer costs, going to give the whole account away (includes 2 alts but they are not worth anything and can be terminated).
You will need to activate the account when you are given the username and password.
Isn't that against the EULA?

I thought it was only a breach of the EULA if I did it for rl money not isk. So long as any transactions are done in-game I thought it was ok.
Could someone from ccp clarify this please.
