This char is designed to make isk in every situation, be it producing, ratting, missioning, mining or trading in a freighter.
Starting bid and reserve is 1,6 bils, BO is 2 bils, auction ends 24 hours from now, no sniper.

Can fly hulks and can use lvl4 Caldari Navy agents, can solo ANY lvl4 mission in a Raven.
