When I look at my char in the attribute section, I see :
Neural Remap Available:
Now
Bonus Remaps Available: 3
Does that mean then I have 4 remaps available, one immediately, and then 3 more "bonus" remap that I can use anytime? |

If I understood it correctly, yes.
It means if you remap now, a year-long countdown will start. If, during that year, you want to remap again, one bonus remap will be consumed (this will not affect the timer in any way). At the end of the year-long timer, you can once again remap without consuming a bonus remap. If, at any point, you have a timer and have no more bonus remaps that let you ignore that timer, you cannot remap.

I had it like this yesterday until I used one.

Now
Bonus Remaps Available: 1
Now it just say, so I would assume it works just like that,

So in your case the game mechanics "consumed" the bonus remap first?
That should not happen. If you move mouse over that "Now" text, tooltip says (at least for me) that I can now remap without using any of the bonus remaps.

if they don't want to sell remaps for plex or on the nex, then maybe at least let us players sell our unused ones for isk? |
