ASAAP corp has an offer for one or two small/mid sized corps that are looking to become bigger.
The offer is to Merge with ASAAP. After we amalgamate your members into our corp and we will gurantee that, after discussing operational guidelines, you can run the corp they way you want, have isk to spend and a guranteed constant flow of new recruits,
I believe that this could be the opportunity to take the next step.
Applicant corps need to have an active CEO and a good core player base of 20+ people.

What exactly is the benifit of merging into your corp if the merging CEO has complete control? Why not just run their own corp? And if you are recruiting multiple corps, how exactly will they share complete control?
I say this not to flame but to find out the benifits, being a CEO myself.

I appreciate the questions. I am the CEO of ASAAP and will answer as best I can.
The benefit is that I can recruit around 5 members a week at least, however we are having some operational issues, which is where the active incoming ceo will come into play.
I can't go into specifics of this unless you are serious about merging.
The incoming CEO's would become a Director, ultimate control will still lie with me, however most operational freedom will be managed by the Directors working cooperatively.
