From looking at skills it seems that you are unable to use capital shield boosters or siege modules which adds a significant amount of time to the capital side of the character.

Yes, Cap. Shield Booster isnt available yet, however less than 3 weeks away.

If i had that much i would buy it. but i only got USD and like 400 million isk lol.

Josh, some of the toons in this game go back years and have accumulated billions of ISK from missions, piracy, corp thievery, industrial operations (some of the best of which earn 4-5B per month from T2 BPOs), etc, etc.
