current patched SISI webber II's Vs Fleetings
Range 10km -- SAME speed -90% -- SAME PG 1 -- SAME TF 30 -- WORSE Cap 6 -- WORSE
almost there guys but still no reason to get one over a fleeting web. personally id sell my soul for an extra couple of km to compenstate for the worse off grid reqs.
btw whats with "falloff" on webs ? they only activate under 10km :/

Actually, many T2 items are not better than best named.
Cap Boosters (t2 have slightly larger clip, but worse RoF)
Only weapons are really better T2 wise than T1, but thats due to ammo and skill.
T2 is just much more available than T1 top named.

Well it's a start. At least it's manufacturable and will cost under 5mil. I'd prefer 12km range since the best named prices will either simply drop to undercut T2 over the course of a few months (as T2 prices lower) or remain higher since They still beat T2 on fittings.

my real issue with the webber TII's AND other TIIs that arent better than best named is. . .
Theres NO advantage to use TII.
Cap injectors have extra space but lower RoF but ROF is compensated by having no to reload and other TII Vs best named mods do have at least 1 advantage orver TI and are therefore worth the TII tag.
TII webs are ******* pointless Vs a Fleeting. maybe the -90% speed drain is better than other TI and Faction but not the fleeting. Personally i think its a CCP afterthought and they would need to adjust ALL Web stats to find a decent place for the TII version.
/sorry for the rant but im just anoyed with the constant lack of focus from CCP on stuff like this. The nerf/fix cycle is breaking module balance imHo. theres alot to be said for complete rethinks every now and again and its not like we havent seen it before.

No, they fixed that. This is the point, they know these things are wrong. I've made an entire thread out of these things in the hope that they will get seen to.

Yeah but at least they have the SAME amount of HP, webs have actually less speed decrease then a cheap named version.
