how about we get a new advertisement on the concord billboards, similar to the quafe ad, from the developer of the templar.
Cool pic, maybe like the one that started the whole thing, and a simple line on it
"It's a templar. It's THE fighter drone for your carrier."
Quotation marks included.
Id even do the Photoshopping, it just needs to get implemented \o/

ok, i still dont know who derek is(other than he told yo that eve is cool), but
that's the templar.
(i know, i know, you wanted to see me typing it, but im serious about the billboard ad, and if i said "it's an amarr fighter drone, used by carriers" one more time, it might be considered spam)
and how did you solve that bard problem?

LOL, yeah I know that, I was hoping to start another insanely long thread with everyone telling me "That's the Templar, a combat drone used by carriers."
I did end up becoming a Bard in game, hopping from station to station, drinking finest Amarr mead and singing songs to exotic dances in the hope of being tossed an ISK or two.
Edit: Sorry mate, I hope I haven't derailed your thread too much, I'll keep schtum now!

Heh, yeah, of course. The billboards could use a whole new revamp. Run a competition for say 10 new designs and the players can see their hard work all around the galaxy. Your idea is a good starter.
I've fond memories of my early days in Eve when I'd zoom in on all the billboards I passed, expecting them to occasionally throw me snippets of useful information.
... and no DS, none of those little metal spider things from your sig!

what is a templar? thought it was some old knight thingy....
