Character with nearly 13 mil SP. Can fly all gallente frigates, including assault frigates, covert ops and interceptors. Can fly recon ships and could be in a interdictor or hac in 2 weeks. Able to go in multiple directions but very good char. Has Arazu with covert ops cloak and helios with covert ops cloak.
Has 2 clones with +2 implants, but has good base learning skills.
15 Intelligence
22 Perception
9 Charisma
17 Willpower
13 Memory
Skills
Auction until 4-1 0100 hours.
Minimum bid 1.2 bil, increments of 50mil, buyout 2.4 bil, reserve hidden, but not crazy. (Buyout could be reduced if you don't want the ships and cloaks.)

what is the employment history of the character?
is the name something stupid with #'s?
what is the sec status?
is it in high sec?
if the name is decent and the sec status isnt negative then i will take b/o

Character's name is VincentVangogh. Has 0.0 sec status since he only has fought in 0.0 and never ran missions. He is a few jumps out of Rens and I can deliver him there.
