Question about behaviour:
When we receive a corp or alliance mail, we get the push notification on the device, which is cool. But on logging into the eve client with that char there is no corresponding notification or shimmering mail icon, the mails are there however, still unread.
Is this intended? if so I'm not sure its the way to go. I may be in the minority but I looked at my ipad, saw the notifications and since I was sat at my PC I just logged in to eve. The char who is signed in to the mobile app did not get the notification in game, my alt who signs in at the same time on another screen did.

I like the app, I'm using an I-phone 5c.. no problem loading the app or the characters.
improvement:
E-mail.. have a "mark as read" button
Calendar:
seem to be duplicating each entry as well as any updates to that event.
switching between accounts is... a huge pain. if i could switch account in the appropriate area ( E.G. calendar, email) with out having to leave the area, that would be awesome.
My eyes are not as young as others, can you make a font larger.. or part of the settings?

Early feedback:
Whatever bug makes a single mail show up in the notifications 8 times, that needs to go away very soon!
The mail-service is a good thing in general, but it doesn't make sense that there is no "general input" channel. I got a mail, but it is not showing in the inbox (because it's an alliance mail) is very confusing. Just copy the structure the eve client uses, because that works great.
Make URLs work in mails. Most 0.0 alliance use only links to their forum to announce stuff - eveskunk I love you - so being not able to click or even copy a link is a huge drawback and makes it worthless for the alliance.
Add a whole skill-list and be at least able to browse skills (and the queue). If it doesn't crash with design goals, I would be fine with being able to manage the skill-queue via app. But it's not that important in my eyes.
Switching characters is not very intuitive, that needs improvement.
Maybe also add a "all characters" setup, which combines mails, notifications etc. a lot easier...
The calendar needs a weekly and/or monthly view. Would be nice to create events though
Wallet access. I would love to see what happens to my wallet.
Jump clones are not that important on a mobile app, make it possible to view, but feel free to give it less space on default and put information there that is of bigger interest. Current wars for example.
Killmails, add them make them browsable whatever - killmails!
In the very long run:
Item browser, (corp)fittings, ship browser and stuff like that.
A chat would be nice of course
Make it possible to combine the eve calendar with .ics ones like the Google Calendar etc.

I'm missing a feature that i think it's kinda important. The days left to your account (or as it would be in the near future, the remaining days of your omega clone). I usually start making and saving up isk when i got 10 or less days left for my accounts to be able to save them.
And ETA for this feature? |

I have told about Ascension update coming to a friend.
The fisrt question after introduce that eve become Free to play was "have eve online an app's like some MMRPG (W.W like) ?
i have yes yes ! a new one app's have been introduce.
but how bad is it to see that u can't do nothing except Mail and watch ur skill queue.
What about skill queue management, PI management, jump clone ?
some thing fun in an app and usefull in game a bit for new capsuleer.

So here is an odd issue. My device is an Samsung SM-G360P. Its an older phone but I have to use if for work related reasons. When I try to install the app, PlayStore tells me that my device is not compatible which would be fine. The issue is this, I also happen to have a T-mobile branded version of the same phone.
No carrier Samsung SM-G360P <-- Incompatible
T-Mobile - US Samsung SM-G360T1 <-- Compatible
Why cant I install this on the SM-G360P?

Very highly doubt that, it does not work with anything less than 5 :( - Other wise I wouldn't be so sad

A few things missing which are pretty basic functionality for an eve app:
1. What is the current eve time?
2. I can't click through to see a full list of skills in queue.
3. I can't browse my trained skills.
4. What is my current jump clone timer?
5. Ditto for jump fatigue.
6. Item browser would be really good to check ship attributes.

Can we please open the app with the char info page, and not the status page? and have the char page on autorefresh with an interval?
And please, can we set order notification based on isk value? I like to know if I have to replenish certain orders in hubs. Not my daily orders, but stuff like blocking orders that sell I want to know.

Given that it is a beta I doubt that. They have however released information and documentation for all of the ESI endpoints you would need to make your own application. ESI INFO so maybe consider making your own.
PLEASE CCP release this app for Kit Kat :P
- Also cannot read or send mails to/from mailing lists, is this working as intended or something that is not in the initial beta release that will be added with time?

Desperately needs an "All Mail" group and to have groups for any mailing lists in the mail folder drop down menu.
Otherwise, it is not bad for a beta offering. There are some bugs and the memory usage is quite high for a mail/calendar app as many have already detailed.
I am glad to have an official companion app and look forward to watching it develop. Thanks CCP! |

Quick insignificant gripe brought about by the recent need to re-accept the EULA:
It's slightly annoying to have to log in, select a character, accept the EULA for the account, then reselect the character again rather than just having my prior choice load into the app.
Probably a non-issue overall since it only needs done once and further most will likely do it through the launcher rather than the app. |

Hi,
I have had the App on my Nexus4 now for a while and every now and then I have a look. Especially if i get notified about something. I did notice a few things that I think could be improved or seem to be a bug.
1) One of my alts is in an Alliance that had ward declared upon, I can not find a notification for that in the App. Is that intended or a bug ? I have all options checked in activities, feed as well as push.
2) If i receive a notification at the top of the phone screen for a new eve mail, if I scroll the top down i see for example 'New Mail From XYZ' but touching that notification does not take me to said mail, only to the last screen i had open. That should be changed to take you to the relevant place the notification is intended for.
3) The mail function is missing all mailing lists, maybe I have just not found the right way to bring them up ?
4) I re-installed the App today cause of the last patch drama and the authentication mess I was unable to log in. Anyway, deleted App, reinstalled, added all my chars. Now I notice many show 'No skills in training' on the char selection screen yet in game they are..
As i said before, this should be really cool once less buggy and more features are added, keep going with this CCP.

Just checked the list of features ... and did not install. There's no need to buy plex on my side, and for everything else I use Evedroid on my Android device.
Dear devs, could you give me a short notice, when your new toy has at least this set of features? Or I am able to manipulate skill queue or write mail?

EVERYTIME I log on to the APP it presents a login screen. I've logged in with a two factor sign in.
Present the character screen when I log in not another bloody login screen -5 stars |
