Absolute BS, we hoped for a decent fight. It doesnt matter anyway, the POS was destroyed despite every attempt to save it including capping system.
It's a shame the DEV's didnt value the LV POS in the same way they tried to protect the RKK one, but that is in the past now.

Originally by: Dorah Hawkwing Yeah... -LV- had hoped for a decent fight in 1vjv as well.. we knew that holding the POS was not realistic, but we had hoped to make it expensive...
How the game mechanics made defense undoable there... I can understand why people packed up and left -LV- after that.. no more POS! feelings are strong.
I actually agree with you Dorah, if LV had had the same treatment with system capping you would have inflicted heavy losses on the hostiles dreads, this would have sweetend the outcome for you, but that outcome would have been the same
If the node had crashed in K-T...coalition forces would have had priority in the jump queue, and the POS would have been destroyed.
The node held, but the shear numbers of dreads we had, meant that despite the terrible odds around the POS...the POS was doomed.
There are about 500ships in this screen Dreads This was just one of the attacking fleets, and we only managed to get about 20% of these ships into K-T...btw these are not T1 frigs for Lag...there is about 250 T2 fitted BS, and 150 Dreads there
We didnt even bring our MS...so dont worry about the Allaince capital fleet

Its fate was sealed? Thats your opinion buddy. What about the defenders that never even loaded their overviews or couldnt activate modules? Did that not have a direct impact on the overall outcome of the battle?
You obvioulsy didn't see the numbers. The attackers outnumbered the defenders by a fk load
If everyone had load, it would have been the awsome battle we all wanted, but seriously...have a look at what we brought. I estimate it was about 1800 vs 800 if we had all loaded

So if the coalition gets reimbursed, then the pos should get reimbursed, otherwise i call total BS.
I suggest you re-read the thread, and pay attention to the posts by the northern coaliton.
I think there is only 2, so it won't take long
btw..the POS would have died no matter what...if node crashed..POS dies..if we al jumped in ...we would have slaughtered the 500 defenders.
CCP made sure that node didnt crash, and the defenders got their way....outcome was the same..POS died
no BOB POS is safe, have a nice day

You killed a pos and lost 50 capital ships in the process, pat on the back for you! Victory!
Yeah...keep playing down the titan loss
We lost 40 caps..out of the 250+ we put in battle..omg we are doomed.
Fix your sig lol..if you going to quote me, get it right
BOB lost that battle, their objective was to save the POS, I could quote you the countless BOB alts saying it would survive.
All Momentum Dreads were replaced yesterday D2 Dread losses were 8 in total..omg, how can we recover.
btw How are Xelas POS tonight...
And, of course we fought BOB again earlier...I dont see a post by them again...wonder why...
