Now I understand perfectly how factions and missions are interacted with each other. Yet lately I been having some doubts and questions.
Now if I am running missions for Amarr agents and corporations why would I be sent to go dock at Minmatar corporate stations in Amarr space? That is like colaberating with the enemy. I am just using the Amarr-Minmatar as an example, but, I am sure there are other instances that apply.
Is this something that is going to get me shot at approaching a Minmatar corporation station eventually even though I am inside Amarr space?
Now another question comes to mind as well. If your interacting with another corporation each time you make a delivery or pick up then should your standings increase? Post-Castor it did sort of exist by receiving docking agents. Would it be possible to have it apply a 0.01 standing increase (with no effect by skills at all) with the other corporation involved in the mission?

Minmatar and Amarr are officially at peace and are trade partners.

They are not at peace as far as standing changes. When I completed a Important Mission for my faction the Minmatar faction went down.
I took some time off prior to Castor. I was up to almost -2.00 just from running missions to Minmatar and -1.5 to Gallante (Caldari missions.)

Stations shooting at u for poor standing or refusing docking is supposed to come in Shiva. Iv got -1.85 and i can dock at gallente stations, but cant go into Gallente territory otherwise i go boom

Yeah that is what I figured about entering Minmatar space a while ago when I was near -2.
The problem I see is the fact a large portion of my Amarr missions is making deliveries to Minmatar stations. Close to 15-20% depending on randomness.
The point I guess I am trying to make is that either mission stations need to be changed based on opossing factions or a standings increase (0.01 as mentioned prior) for interacting with those corporations. Faction does not need increases because it is not factionaly owned, they are corporate owned.
