allrighty... anyone out there got any tips on using exploration? i have tried it my self but only found some roid belts full to the rim of bisot  such a waste... and is there a key that i can go by to tell me what kind of signature to look for to find a certain kind of belt? |

Gravimetric -> Hidden Asteroid Belts
Magnetrometric -> Profession Sites, mostly mixed ones Like ArcSal = Archeology & Salvaging for example.
LADAR -> Complexes
RADAR -> Profession Sites, mostly only of one single Profession Type
Unknown: probe type dependant, but not always.

unknown is mostly complex
you can find them with any probe

The Unknown sigs are plexes. The plexes are useless. If you are stupid enough to do one anyways, it might escalate into an Expedition, which is just as useless as the plex, but takes much much longer time. :)

Expeditions arent entirely useless, i've gotten a few deadspace-quality faction items from expeditions.

allright... so i have been quite sucsessful with the tips if got.. now who has tips on where to find stuff??!? ive found abunch of belts and a plex which the battleships hit like girls but still isk made.. any specific region for LADAR, RADAR, Magnometric? (never wanna see Gravimetric pop up again)

Where are you exploring? It makes a pretty big difference whether you're exploring in hisec/lowsec/nullsec as to what kind of advice you'll get.

BTW if you find any more of those garbage bistot belts send 'em my way, I will dispose of them for you in an environmentally responsible manner.
