This particular blueprint wasn't there already. Nobody has a BP of it, in spite of it being the most frequently sold item in EVE according to what I'm told by the people that said we should start out with that particular print.
If so, somebody would probably be mighty happy to get it, so just decline it and the ball will keep rolling.
That being said, I doubt we'll dish out alot of tech I BPs via the lottery.
As far as I'm concerned, this is a "warm up" of the system. Better that it be run on TQ first with some tech I blueprints, rather than accidentally spitting out thousands of Tech II battleship BPs while everybody is on christmas vacation.

Hell, any of the advanced mining drones beyond basic would be valuable if a BP were released.
Basic drones can't mine bist/crok/etc. - period.

I would like to congratulate Korinn Feald, Murple, and all other XFI members currently engaged in research projects. Despite the fact that missions are somewhat individual tasks, all members involved are contributing to the Corporation effort, with information, skills and hard work (should I say playtime ? )
I'm sure that we will keep our efforts regarding to research along with some wonderful team work
