I'm getting "Your email address info@***.***is unfortunately not supported by our email provider and we are unable to send/receive emails from this address. Please file a support ticket to have the issue resolved by following the link below.

I did file a support ticket, and got generic response from from GM Lisad:

Hello there,
As you may be experiencing log in issues Log In or [E-Mail Verification issues, we need to make sure youGÇÖve exhausted the following steps before we proceed:
1.All email sub folders, junk / spam / trash folders have been checked and no verification emails have been received there.
2.YouGÇÖve whitelisted the following email or added it to your contacts list: [email protected] and tried again.
a. Info on how to whitelist emails can be found here: http://onlinegroups.net/blog/2014/02/25/how-to-whitelist-an-email-address/
3.Make sure not to send the verification email multiple times.
a. Each new verification email created will disable the last one.
b. Each verification email is valid for 30 minutes.
4.If youGÇÖre getting a GÇ£Code MismatchGÇ¥ error message.
a. Please wait for 30 minutes to make sure all codes are disabled.
b. Request the verification to be sent once, and once only.
c. Wait for that email to arrive and apply the code to your account.
5.If youGÇÖre getting a GÇ£We have detected that your browser as cookies disabledGÇ¥ error message.
a. This will be fixed very soon.
b. To bypass this go into the Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options. From there set the "Internet Zone" to Medium or lower. And hit Apply.
If none of these steps help please let me know, summarize the issue in short and we'GÇÖll be sure to assist you further.

From that I can understant that you did not send me verification mail.
It is your fault. I can't do nothing about it.

What should I do? Cancel subscription? Scream for help (there is always somebody listening)? Accept this situation as "this is EvE" and write off more than decade of following and enjoining something that I like?
This game is brutal. CCP is doing what it likes and they don't get any consequences. They should, this is Eve.

All i can say, my problems i had with my E-Mail confirmation got sorted out by Customer support (was also GM Lisad) in a very fast, competent and uncomplicated way.
That was monday, before the Alpha Clone introduction. I suppose that at the moment customer support gets flooded with requests to reacitvate old accounts and all such stuff. Only thing you can do is wait.... |

more than a decade playing and you still have not read the EULA.

Look dude they're flooded right now, i've been waiting 3 days on my ticket. You just have to suck it up and wait, and realise your payed account time will be re-imbursed (apparently).

I too had a lotof trouble getting an authorisation code that worked (nearly 50 failed attempts) before I got let back in.
After a few hours I figured that if I was having these sorts of problems then so were a lot more. So I stopped bugging the DMs. It took two days of courteous and helpful e-mails from various DMs before my problem was sorted out, but it was. So thanks to all at CCP who put up with my whinging and to the OP, back off, cool down, have patience. You will get sorted out, if you don't get sanctioned for such a breach of the EULA that is. |

If he has recurring payments set up CCP is basicly holding him hostage now
I understand "boohoo you can't post GM's doing their jobs bad on the forums" but this is a serious issue that needs to be addressed, I can understand the guys frustration. You have a problem, you pay for a service, don't get it, and you get shipped off with a generic autoreply that suggests whoever received the ticket didnt even read it. |
