Ah! I know, I know, big load of Copypasta but it's the only standard system for doing this. And the ticket price is pretty low compared to the others, although my prizes are just about the same value as everyone else gives out.
Well, I got really lucky and ended up with a couple of nice armor reps after a little salvaging around. In any case, here's this week's lotto! If you don't feel secure sending money with no guarantees, post your number choices first THEN send the money once I've confirmed it on this thread and added you to the listing! 1st Prize:
1 x True Sansha Large Armor Repairer
6 x Dual Light Pulse Laser II

20k Units of Alloys

Ticket Price: 19 million ISK per ticket
Number of Tickets (no. remaining): 49(49)
The draw will be based on the UK National Lottery. The 1st prize will be the bonus ball of the main draw. The 2nd prize will be the bonus ball of the wednesday draw.
The first draw will take place on the Saturday in which all the tickets have sold, the second prize draw will be the wednesday following the first. If after four weeks there are still tickets available the draw will not take place and ISK will be refunded.
All 49 tickets must sell, if not then all ISK will be refunded.
Additionally, if the ticket price is lowered at any time, partial refunds will be issued to all previous entrants and if it's increased, previous entrants won't be charged a penny more.
How to play:
First choose your number(s). Post here with the numbers you have choosen and deposit the ISK to Crinos Childflayer, make sure you put "lottery" as the reason. It is important you post with the same character as deposits the ISK, failure to do so will mean that you will not claim those numbers and will have to choose others.
Before claiming your numbers please check which ones have been taken (see below) and also check the latest replies.
Once the draw has been completed the winners will be notified by evemail and announced in this thread.

Btw everyone, please limit your purchases to 5 tickets or less. You may purchase more if so inclined to do so, but I would prefer if you'd leave some for others. Thanks!

I suggest someone buys all 49 tickets at 931m and get him to set a contract to you for that amount.

Someone's always gotta do the math.  You can't get a reputable lottery going without taking a hit to start with. If you did bother to track it, the next lottery I do won't be such a good deal. Gotta start somewhere

And as I stated in the 1st line of my post, maybe you aren't familiar with the term. I know it's copy-pasted, I did that on purpose. I'm sorry for stealing the lay out but it's the only one that really works. Thank you for providing such a great layout, I hope it's use in my lotteries won't hurt yours too much.

Won't hurt it at all. Lotteries succeed based on reputation. I have one for being honest, you have one for repeatedly running scams via the forums.

I enjoyed reading one of your other scam lottos.
Every few hours new stuff was being added to the pot and you repeatedly talked about how many tickets had sold. Then in the convo log you said two people bpought tickets... Ah the joys of scammers...

Well, I felt the need to compensate those who still had doubts about my integrit. After the slander campaign (libel?) by members of the forum community that I won't name, I've had to dish out lots of ISK and prizes at a loss to myself to counteract it. It's almost run me into the ground, so hopefully things will turn around for me soon...
