Finally I have my Eos, and while Leadership skills are in training I use her for missions and have a spare setup for PvP.
Setups seem perfect, but, as nothing realy is, please help me to improve them. )
My setup for missions:
3 Med Nosfs II, 4 Eletron Blasters
AB, Eutectic Caprechargers x4
MARIIx2, Damage Control II, Expl Hardener II, EANM II
Looks like there is nothing on lvl4 missions this setup cant tank (latest record - 9 Serpensit BSes and 7 BCs). I run 1 MAR constantly with hardeners and AB, and slooowly spend cap with 2 MARs on - in this case I just stick to nearest BS and replenish cap with Nosfs.
Setup for PvP is the same, except med slots:
MWD, Cap booster 800s, Web, Scram, TrackDis II.
BTW, the Elders were right: damage output with T2 Ogres and blasters is surprisingly good.

missions i know better ships
for pvp I'd prolly fit:
4x electron II, 3x med dim
MWD, web, scram, inj, balmer TD
2x MAR II, EANM II, explosive II, DCU II
2x rep amount
depending on dronebay size I'd try something like 8 heavy 7 med 5 med ecm 5 small, more heavies if possible
