Possible difficulty increase!
Been some time since i've done level 3s, but at least the kill mission site is not up to date.
In room 2 there is instant aggro from 2 Blackbirds, 3 or more Amarr support frigates (the web/scramble type) and some big stuff.
My Rupture was armor tanked, around 64% average omni resistance with a T2 med repper and went down in about 50 seconds while i still tried to kill the second frig.
Additionally this is the mission everyone likes like their puppy for bringing in that huge Amarr fleet in case it takes too long to finish it.
I guess the reinforcements are in place already... 
Sheesh, thinking about bringing my 'Pest to finish a level 3 - disgusting!

It's been like that for ages and it's 3 blackbirds, 3 webbers frigs and shortly followed by officer frigates with heavy missiles to be exact...
Fun stuff for the discerning Jag pilot to be sure...

I think that most hard L3s are easier in the Jag than most Cruisers. Anyway, there isn't an L3 the Jag can't do though a couple are tedious. (Mordu's and the Blockade.)
Also be careful on the last part of that chain. It increased quite a bit in difficulty a few months ago.

Gotta get in range and kill the blackbirds asap. I do it in a shield tanked Wolf, so it's possible.
EDIT: By "possible" I mean as in not having to use a drake or raven :D
