Maggot Minmatar Freelance Unincorporated Ushra'Khan	Posted - 2007.04.03 22:36:00 - [1] ....and most honourable. A Call to Arms! Ushra'khan is in need of warriors. A Brief History: U'K is a roleplaying alliance that fights against those institutions that support slavery. We have lived in Providence for over one year with the roleplay objectives of: -Halting the expansion of the Amarr empire (Amarr corps claiming 0.0) -Locating as close a possible to attack hostile targets in CVA controlled and Amarr space (it was a hell of a long hike from Molden Heath or Amamake, our previous homes) Creating a haven from the Republic who try to stifle our traditons, block the liberation of our brethren, and worse yet, fail to assist with the development of the Vitoc Method cure (as part of an event the alliance has obtained the prototype Insorum, but it cannot be deployed in its current form). Our time in Providence has been always tough because of our location close to three empire entrances. We have had to beat off sustained attacks from multiple pirate groups, initially to stake our claim, and then through ever escalting conflict culminating in The Great Pirate War of 9UY-4H. After three months and with the help of many allies including interstellar starbase syndicate these attacks were finally repelled, with Mercenary Coalition providing much needed capital hardware. Our support from ISS was repaid with our assistance against the IAC offensive. A debt of honor means much to us. This support for ISS has led to U'K being a casual target for passing IAC and their allies. Although ISS have now left the area, IAC hostility continues and does interfer with our resistance against slavery. Recently our relations with some Pro-Minmatar organisations have suffered due to the execution of a famous freedom fighter (or Republican traitor depending on your point of view), Karishal Muritor. Muritor was an inspiration to us all, his death a blow we will never forget. Our current troubles: Amarr paramilities along with allies massed and took the station Karishal's Defiance from our grasp in a well-coordinated suprise attack. Although we had support from allies at the outset circumstances hindered our attempts at defence, and the station is currently in CVA hands. Since Karishal's Defiance fell we have fought hard to retake it, so far without success. Although we have cost the Slavers dearly, The war has taken a toll on us. We have lost some members, and CVA have driven a wedge between our long time friends and neighbours in Providence. So have we given up? Never. That is not the Ushra'khan way. We will not break. We are dug in and ready for a long term siege that will surely come when CVA are ready. Of course we hope to be strong enough to one day take back Karishal's Defiance.

We are seeking PvP corporations and individuals who are interested in committing themselves to our roleplay goals. There are a few basic rules: -No piracy, no theft, -We operate NRDS(Not Red Don't Shoot. We allow and welcome the peaceful visiting of fellow pod pilots) -No use of alts in combat vs roleplay enemies -No spying or inflitration -No smack in local or on the forums -No OOC (Out of Character) chat in local/public system channels Experience is an asset but not mandatory, a will to fight and very possibly die for not only for the Matari people, but our enslaved brethern everwhere, is a MUST. All applicants need to understand Uahra'khan's goals are RP driven. We are not territorial for its own sake, seek neither wealth nor fame but simply to see the galaxy rid of the vile institution of slavery once and for all. It's not about hate - It's about seeing the day when all people walk free. Out of character we have good relations with our enemies even through we have fought them constantly for the last 3 and a half years. Delta Hammer	Posted - 2007.04.09 17:24:00 - [6] Ushra'Kahn is a great alliance that's dedicated to and does exactly what it says. If you want action, pvp or otherwise, this is the place to be. As for requirements to join, that depends on which corp you join. There's one or two that are Matari only if you want that level of RP. My corp, Acme Technology is very inclusive, although we prefer English speakers (hard to help each other if we can't communicate). They even took in a stray Intaki who somehow wandered down from Oursalaert. The Ushra'Kahn website has a recruiting forum and links to individual corp websites, or you can just fly to Unity and ask in local.

When I finally joined the Ushra'Kahn I was amazed to find that unlike most rumors and stories theirs actually decreased with the telling. The Ushra'Kahn are exactly what they say they are. They are passionate about their cause, relentless in battle, and honorable and noble in both victory and defeat. I am proud to fly with them. Any pilots in the galaxy that are grateful for their freedom can honor that freedom by helping the Ushra'Kahn to liberate the enslaved quarter of the galaxy.

First, Lyhann is an alt. you can join me trough her, she knows where to find me 1 month and a half ago, that is when I made 25 jumps from Rens to Jita @ 1h00 Am (GMT -5h00). Because of a Matari Massacre in 0.0. I was a newly graduate, and a friend of mine was stuck in a starbase in 0.0. That friend was an industrial supplying ammos, weapons, and ship to a starbase in 0.0. He never wanted to tell me where that outpost was nor who owned it. It was his way to protect me. I never knew why He was so friendly to me. He finally told me at the end of the night, and here is the story of that crazy night. ******************************************************************* Let's go back to my begining in EVE: That perfect stranger found me mining in high sect., one day, with my pitiful Scythe and we had kept in touch since. Maybe he saw in me a potential by the way I was talking to him about my crazy dreams; Or maybe he heard me in my first "trial weeks" talking like an idiot on local chat about how I hate Slavers and how I wanted to take part in an open war agains them... I've been told I should join Ushra'khan on those channels... How stupid a rookie can be? That kind of stuff could have get my young Matari ass kicked in a matter of seconds if the wrong poeple would have picked it up! So we kept in touch until that special night when he asked me a favor. He was trapped in an outpost under siege. He needed me to Jump to Jita and find a reporter from "The Scope" to cover a Matari massacre happening in 0.0. So, there I was, still a stupid young Matari jumping toward Jita. The primary objectives of my mission was clear: -Find a reporter in "private Chat" by physically jumping to Jita. -Comunicate his name to My Friend so he can inform him about that massacre BUT in the confucion of the events I kind of missed an objective... the goal of the following objective was to keep my ass away from trouble: in "private Chat" So in my way there, after every jumps I asked in every single local chat to talk in private to a "The Scope" reporter, because of a massacre in 0.0. I completed my mission and found one. He refused to go there saying he was scared to be podded because "CVA" doesn't like their military operation to be reported by a neutral party such as "The Scope" Then My Friend told me to keep a low profile for a while, because I got flagged by Ammar operatives on my way to Jita. Then I kind of understood what was happening, that friend was stuck in Providence, in Karishal's Defiance! He was a close supporter of the Ushra'Khan that I admired since my first week in Eve! Then I got into his Corp. then he left EVE forever whitout notice few weeks after. My theory is that he left exactly when Ushra'Khan lost Karishal's Defiance... ******************************************************************* I'm still too yougn for PVP, but I have learned a lot in EVE. Unity is in a bad position, and I want to do something but what? go PVP and get my ass kicked? Certainly not at this point. We need more Matari pilots, a usefull pilot take months to train. I have been trained but I'm still too yougn. But I beleive that without an active recruiting, in less then a year from now, when the new patch will be released, Many Alliance will grow, and some will vanish... Ushra'Khan must survive. In an effort of preparation for that event: the upcomming patch. I must train new Matari and keep them away from the temptation of Piracy. I will take them yougn while they are still in breachers and tell them about Ushra'Khan and the war. Teach them how to make money and help them choose a specialisation. You old players should remember that once you where yougn. We need pilots and we need them to believe in the fight for Matari freedom. Many of you will think I'm crazy, but I prefer calling myself a dreamer, because, without dreams, there is no hope. And hope keep us all alive.
