There are over 40 Caldari cosmos agents. How many Gallente? 9... just 9... not a single one of them are even level 4. Thats just pure bullsh!t...

Gallente was one of the first cosmos's released it was stated at the time to be UNFINISHED... there have since been cosmoses released for all empire factions and even some small pirate faction cosmoses in 0.0, yet the Gallente cosmos remains unfinished.
And everytime I've ever complained about it to anyone in game I've gotten the reply "just do the minmatar one", yea I plan to, but that doesnt solve the problem does it? The problem is that the Gallente Cosmos has been left unfinished and un-updated since its conception...
Can we at least get a dev responce stating that it is how it is and it wont be updated more than likely, or can we get a dev blog showing actual progress on it and planned updates?

There is one level 4 Gallente COSMOS agent at least. Can be found deep into one of the cosmos complex's, forgot what system. Gives nice reward, tedious and time consuming mission though.

This link (http://eveinfo.com/cosmos/gallente/) shows 18 Gallente agents. One of which is a L4.
That said seems Caldari have many more and in the interests of fairness I totally agree these should be balanced.

Your right I just noticed in the Minmatar Low Sec cosmos, there are 2 gallente level 4's. So that makes 11 Gall, 2 of which are level 4. Compared to 49 Caldari, 11 of which are level 4. 
Another fun fact: in the Gallente Cosmos, only 50% of the agents are of the Liked by the Gallente Faction

Like I just posted on my previous reply in the fun fact, only 50% of that 18 are actually + with Gallente, the rest are Pirate faction and Caldari, which you'd lose standing with Gallente if you did their missions if you even could. And notice how theres a level 4 CALDARI agent in the GALLENTE cosmos...

What does (Recruiter) mean? And I don't see any lvl 4 Gal in the high sec cosmos, only 2 x lvl 4 in low sec.

Signed. I found it very sad that the best agents werent even gallente in the GALLENTE cosmos of all places. The ONE gallente cosmos agent that appeared good was in the middle of a plex, which was hell to get to. I mean you have to fight your way in to accept the mission, and fight your way back in once the mission is completed and you are ready to get your reward.
Well at least 2 of the agents give fairly good stuff (meditation medium armor reppers and the Yan Jung skillbook).
If I had an Alt I would probably post with it... |

Do I remember correctly that back in the day CCP called these things basically prototypes, with possibly more COSMOS areas coming to help drive content away from the core worlds?
Definitely the Gallente need the boost, and I would like to see all those semi-empty areas in the armpit areas of regions populated by COSMOS areas.

Their response was to put in a few low level agents and claim that they had somehow forgotten to activate them and not noticed for an entire year, proof that gallente cosmos wasn't even play-tested.

Hmm so basically you are saying the gillent have 1 level 4 agent and 8 others while the caldari have 40.....sounds ballanced to me

I thought it was the other way around Gallente where the last to get a cosmos complex not first. Thats why there blueprints are the best. No one stated Gallante will come out unfinished.

That page on eve-info is missing some, including a Rogue Drone (!) agent in Parchanier (search the moons).
Unfortunately, they are all level 1, though the Rogue Drone agent is equivalent to a level 4 in difficulty.
More high-level Gallente COSMOS agents please.
