i'd rather like to see them in game. u see some random rare named one's but never seen an officer/faction one.

Of course we want to see them ingame. I just hope the top officer ones aren't ridiculously overpowered like the top officer invul field. The top named officer one there is 250% better than the T2 version if I am not mistaken.

I'd say they'd be fine if the best of the best only gave some 70% to resist on all structure and 20% to armor.
That way they would be no better on armor than an unskilled EANM2 and would give enough of a boost to hull to justify the several billion ISK price tag that would no doubt go along with them.

T2 - 30% all attribs
best officer: 50% all attribs. no clue as to what their 'value' is though.
