If you don't know what to fit on this, you probably shouldn't have one.
I use:
6 x Arbalest Cruise Launchers
2 x Knave Heavy Nos
1 x XL Shield Booster II
1 x Phased Weapon Target Painter
3 x Active Shield Hardener II
1 x Sensor Booster II
2 x BCS II
4 x Local Power PDU
5 x med drones
5 x light drones
1 x CCC I
2 x Core Defence Field Extender I
Has 24,901 shields with my skills, witha recharge time of 1300 sec shield recharge.
7246 cap, 561 sec recharge time, considerably less with the nos going.

If i had one this is what i would fit:
6 torps (t2/arby/faction)
2 utility (nos/Sb/tractor)
1 Gist B-Type Xlarge
2 Dread guristas Invul
1 Pith x-type Em
1 Pith x-type Thermal
1 Cap recharger 2
3 PDU (t2, faction)
3 BCU 2 (or faction!)
3 CCC rigs
should run infinatly, but you will have to tweak the modules and use some faction for it to fit CPU wise |

firstly u don't risk and rattlesnake on lv 4's
secondly rattle is the pvp ship
navy raven is the lv 4 *****

Personally i'm using a CNR for lvl4 missions so this is a variation of my CNR fit. It can also permarun your booster. With a full set of LG crystals you can get +-1200 shieldboost/4sec out of this and around 913/4sec without. This is using a T2 sba, not a named one.
Hi: 6x T2 (or named) torp launchers
Mid: gist xtype xl booster, T2 or better named sba, 2 faction specific T2 hardners, 2x cap recharger T2
Low: 3x bcs T2, 2x beta reactor control flux thingy, 1x T2 copro
Rigs: 1 core defence cap sa***uard, 1 bay loading accel, 1 CCC
I don't know what kind of skills you have but i have all missile skills up to at least lvl4 and the relevant shield skills are up to 5.
There might be some critique concerning the resistances but this build (only with cruise missiles of course) has worked out really well on my CNR. It's a nice balance between a permarun shieldboost and good DPS. Permarun is nice to survive lag and/or ctd's. The only mission i've ever had some difficulty with was enemies abound 5/5. The bonus lvl of an angel extravaganza gave a bit of difficulty too but haven't had one since i got my xtype booster though so i can't say how it'd go now. Got to keep a bit of suspence in play right ;)

That setup is horrible. As said, rattle is better for pvp but hey, if you insist:
highs: 6x launcher of choice, tractor beam
mids: x-large shieldbooster (use faction if possible), 3x active hardeners, shield boost amp, sensorbooster -or- targetpainter
lows: 3x BCU-II, 3x PDU-II
rigs: 1x ccc 2x those thingies that improve missile flight speed (when using cruises, use cloud reductionrigs)

first = 23% DPS bonus (combined)
second = 20% DPS bonus
third = 13% DPS bonus
fourth = 6.5% DPS bonus
On a CNR i'd fit 3, on a Rattle 4 if it fits CPU-wise. It's really worth it especially since your tank will hold anyway with a faction booster

Your wasting time by using a snake.
The CNR will kill quicker and has plenty tank enough.... end of story.

Dont you have a rail bonus on the rattlesnake? Using NOS in high is bad even on a raven.
With 2 350 rails and one extra BCU, I am fairly sure it will outdamage a CNR. Not sure if it will fit though (CPU will be tight).
