You are too orderly for your own good. I think that the Red God does not actually like you. Yo. Bought them on a black market in Rens, armed them and told them that whoever survives in your cozy station for a day, manages to cause enough chaos and returns to my ship, gets freedom, a free ticket to Pator and 10k ISK. Fun!
Very funny. You choose to arm them with high-tech small arms that have lockouts that prevent them working on stations unless the owners permit it. Was this intentional or are you just a bit clueless when it comes to personal weapons?
However. Given the location both sides of the militia conflicts can get at this one without baseline navy interference. I wonder if our OP is more interested in seeing the squabbling over who gets to destroy his latest project?
Probably not. I could believe that of some Sani. But he doesn't strike me as being inclined to that sort of subtlety.
It would be nice if some sort of truce could be arranged to speed this temple's fall. But I'm not holding my breath waiting for one.

Deitra Vess wrote:Faith warding off gunshot wounds..... That's a new one. Eh, he sure got basic security measures in place, and all the inner areas are crawling with the stupid drones, but there'll be a few hostages taken, maybe some dead acolytes and random personnel here and there and some general chaos across the whole facility, and this is good.
It's more about the dancers themselves. The ones who do evade the drones and the cameras and actually kill or sabotage something. *That* is interesting.
Arnulf Ogunkoya wrote:Very funny. You choose to arm them with high-tech small arms that have lockouts that prevent them working on stations unless the owners permit it. Was this intentional or are you just a bit clueless when it comes to personal weapons? Hey, you are trying to ruin the fun!
Hint, hint: even if Naups did not enable HTSA in his "temple" (he probably didn't), a heavy blunt object that looks exactly like a weapon is still good at smashing things, intimidating unarmed people and taking hostages. If one really wants to.
It's just one difficulty level harder. Maybe, I'll consider worthy only those who manage to get actual working weapons from the personnel by the end of the day.
...Or, think for a while: what if those HTSA also come from the black market and have the lockouts chipped? So the guys at the temple now might expect a few pleasure slaves with heavy blunt objects, but get actually shot instead? Surprise!
...Or, there might be 25 chipped HTSAs and 75 with lockouts left as is, given out randomly.
It's up to you to guess which version is true. |

As Arnulf said, avoid electronic firearms. They're too vulnerable to local interference.
But it's a good idea. I've hired some of my own. With real firearms, smuggled past Mandate customs and the docking restrictions.
Have fun, Nauplius. |

Nicely done. Of course for extra insult value you could have found some Kaimeira.

In response to these offences, I shall increase the number of slavers and slaver hounds in this Temple. Additionally, I shall be binding demons throughout the facility to do battle against these invading Marines.
All Sani Sabik and followers of Naupliusism in particular should be assured that these invaders pose no threat, and the Grand Temple to the Red God remains open. |

I am having some difficulty thinking of an appropriate counter to this objection. But I'm sure there is one. |

It's actually a very old religious trope, but it doesn't tend to survive evolution by natural selection very well, so it remains niche and short-lived (badum tss)

People are TRYING to study the architecture in here. Oh, for whatever entity's sake, ms. Valate. It's an Upwell nanoassembly by blueprint thing, built only a few days ago. The only good purpose for all those empty caldari-designed rooms and corridors is to run and shoot each other in them. By the way, and also, the Red God, and shooting each other randomly in a deathmatch, or a Battle Royale, what those things might have in common I wonder?
Delve, now, there's some architecture.
,,,In other news, the small Trial I have set up is concluded, and I withdraw from the facility with the few survivors in the ship's hold.
Of course, Samira's interference skewed the outcome, but those who are worthy did manifest themselves.
I'll sponsor one brutor woman that freed two slave janitors, disabled an overseer drone, killed a cultist of some sort and procured a shock whip, into an Alpha grade training in RMS. Unfortunately, the freed janitors didn't make it, infrared scanners and pocket-sized drones are a cruel thing. The rest of the survivors get their promised 10k ISK and a ship to Pator.
You know what?
I suspect i'm the only one who tried to properly honor the Red God in that citadel.
I sanctified your "temple", Nauplius, with an act of Random Survival of the Fittest.
I also suspect that it was the best treatment the poor structure will ever get in its few remaining days.
lol.
Now, burn it down!

The TLF gets hounded by the Marys in their highsec. You just need a dozen people to hit the damage cap while still having more than enough logi support to fend off an Astrahus' offensive capabilities. At most.
