This is a small gang Ishkur, with the occasional solo venture. My current fit:
Hi: 3 x 125 Railguns II 1 x Small Dimininshing
Med: 1 x 20km scram 1 x Cold Arcjet AB 1 x Cap Rechrger II
Low: 1 x SAR II 1 x Explosive hardener 1 x MFS II
The NOS is there incase it gets up close and personal, but hopefully it won't be needed as I want to stay at range. Cap issues leave me not wanting to fit a MWD, but any MWDing cruiser will just close and NOS me. I have thought of dropping the MFS II for a Damage Control.
So for the rigs I was thinking a CCC rig and a Aux naonpump one (the one that boosts rep amount). Is that a waste? I have been told that rigs on an AF are a dumb idea anyways, but I just want to get the most out of this little ship. Thanks in advance

Whoever told u rigs on an AF is dumb was absolutely right.
Why the hell would want to more than triple what your ship cost for what will add up to about an extra 3cap/sec peak recharge and an extra 10 or so armor per rep cycle. Personally i would drop the nos -
Go for
X3 125mm Rail II's - Spike/Antimatter X1 God knows
Mids
X1 MWD II X1 Webber X1 20km scrambler
Lows
X1 Dark blood SAR (if your gona rig it you may as well pay for a decent rep as there pretty cheap) X1 EAM II X1 EAM II
Rigs
X1 Exp Rig X1 Rep Amount Rig
Gives you a mean tank and the webs totally for enemy drones, best to fight 18km roughly.
Cuz if a mwdin cruiser gets close n webs you and he aint a noob your toast.
The mag stab aint too great as drones are you main source for damage

Unfortunately, rigs were created in such a way that makes that far too expensive to put on frig sized ships. The choice by CCP to make rigs one size fits all means that putting a 15m CCC rig on a 100m BS is good but on a 10m AF is just silly. Would I love to put a polycarb engine housing on a stileto? Sure. Am I realistically going to spend 60m for a rig on a 5m ship thats likely to go pop in my next fleet fight? Heck no.

I should have stated that price for rigs is not to big of a concern, as our corp makes many of the T1's. With the missioners salvaging and what not I should come by them pretty cheap.
I went to QF and played around with some setups, and it seems if I am going to fit a MWD I might as well fit NOS and Neuts in the Hi's and do a mini domi set up. But with no drone damage bonus that isn't to viable unless I plan on ganking noobs. The MWD cripples my Cap badly. Seems that since REV came out AF's got the short end of the stick as far as HP boost goes.
Only saving grace, sort of, is the relatively large Hull HP. Slap on a damage control and the ship is viable for a longer amount of time, but counting on going into hull makes me nervous . I guess I will just have to take it out and see how it fairs in combat
Thanks for the input guys

as said, drop the nos and fit a mwd, drop the cap recharger for a web, drop the hardener and MFS for an energised explosive and a DC
rigs, i like a scan res rig TBH, so i would personally go with 1 scan res 1 CCC

you people that say "dont rig a frigate" are muppets, honestly, if a guy wants to fit rigs let him. The only 2 rigs i own are fitted to tech2 frigates. I havent rigged up my ishkur as well tbh i dont think it needs it its an imba little bugger :D but then if ya wanna gucci it up with rigs id go with capacitor rigs as i run a mwd on my setup :D and of course cap = life

I didn't mean to say "zomg never rig a frig!". I think my point (and the general point of the other poster) was that rigs, in relation to the cost of frigates and when compared to what you get out of them, are, for most people, too expensive. If your drowning in isk and love flying small ships, then by all means, fit a rep rig and get 10 more rep per cycle on your ishkur :) Do what makes you happy!

A powergrid rig really opens up some fun fitting options on several of the AF's.
