I'm pretty much new to PVP, and I want to be best prepared for when I engage in my first experience. I have used every resource at my disposal, but now I need some opinions as to how well or poorly the fit has turned out.
According to EFT, this is the Speed Loki that I have come to create.
Subsystems:
Amplification Node Immobility Driver Power Core Multiplayer Projectile Scoping Array Interscalated Nanofibers
Modules
High
6x 425mm Autocannon II (Hail Ammo)
Med
LiF Fueled I Booster Rockets Warp Disruptor II Stasis Webifier Tracking Enhancer II (Tracking Script)
Low
5x Gyrostabilizer II Co-Processor II
RIG
3x Medium Dynamic Fuel Valve II
Drones
5x Hornet II
Implants
Halo Set
Thats it. Here is the arranged data gathered from EFT if skilled right.
DPS: 806 Speed: 1105 m/s Sig Radius: 77.3 m Scan Resolution: 375 mm Cap: Stable at 53%
The intent is to make the ship as fast as possible and do the max damage possible. |

Stacking penalties make the 4th and 5th gyros not worth the slots. The acceleration on your oversized AB is terrible and raeps your agility. The resulting speed tank is wonderful against missiles, but horrible against turrets as you can't maintain transversal to outrun their tracking. You have literally 0 conventional tank, so in the crucial 10-15 seconds before you've built up enough speed, you're going to die to literally anything that can touch you.
And god forbid you run into a AF with a web fitted. |

Well, What can I do to make it easier. I can't find a decent shield tanking fit that does'nt suffer the capacitor inconsistancies. |

If you are new to PvP, use a cheaper ship at first.
Unless you are very rich, in which case send me some isk. |

That fit makes zero sense. More importantly, as stated above, don't start PVPing in fancy ships. They won't save you and they won't make you succeed, they'll just look painful on your loss mails. Bling ships like that can make good pilots better but they don't make bad/inexperienced pilots good. Learn pvp by flying a Rifter, do not think for one second that because it's "just a frigate" it's crap, no good or has no impact. You'll learn a whole lot from frigate PVP and even if you lose a bunch (which you will) it won't break the bank.
Many people have this weird "if it's not expensive it can't be any good and it certainly won't be cool" nonsense, don't fall for that. If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right. |

This is a terrible idea. Please listen to what the others have posted.
Or...don't.
If you travel to faction wars areas, or look at their kb's, you can find pilots that routinely solo bad pilots in T3 ships while flying rifters.
If you are new to pvp, or coming back to pvp, do yourself a favor by buying 50-100 rifters with cheap t2 fits. Look up a solo murderer like Bengal Bob, see how he kills practically every damn thing in a rifter with a wide variety of fits, then start trying it out for yourself. Good manual flying, knowing how to keep distance, knowing the capabilities of what the opponent is flying, knowing how to minimize certain ewar mods of yourself such as tracking disrups, etc.
That takes a great deal of time and sh!t fitting a loki will not help you by one iota. |

drop the 4/5 gyros, co processor, and mid TE.
Add another web in the mids. Get a DC2, and... yeah dont start in a loki. Ditch the implants, (clone) get some friends if you wanna start get into a rupture, stabber, cane if frig pvp doesnt float your boat.
I would say sig tanking also is not the place the start learning pvp. |

Are you trolling, or really bad at making interweb staceships? |

Speed tank makes you take less damage, not no damage so having no tank doesn't work. |

Very important point. Even frigates orbiting battleships get hit sometimes. |
