I've heard of russian sites that sell music really cheap (legally) and that they can be trusted if its the case with this site i dont know

It's legal in Russia.
Music bought there, however, is not licensed for playing in Britain, the US or most other places with a fair copyright law.

i see well its the only place ive been able to find the song i want but if its not legal in the us i guess ill have to keep lookin

That's on my copy of their Dawn Of Victory album, meaning that anyone offering that album should be offering that song.
Also, that album was released while they were still going by the name of Rhapsody of Fire, which may be causing you problems during searches.
It's really not hard to acquire if you're not bothered about the legality though.

the normal version of that song is on dawn of victory
im looking for the 8 miniute long version that was on the holy thunderforce album and i havent been able to find it anywhere
also they used to go by the name of rhapsody the only album they have out under rhapsody of fire is triumph or agony
