altho' he's prolly an alt, if he's silly enough to actually use a background/sig one of u guys made on eve-o, grab a hold of the mods.. it shouldnt be too hard to prove he stole ur work, resulting in his rear getting put through the mod meatgrinder.. my guess is he's a kid and thought it was a good plan.. realitycheck.. its called 'property'. u need to pay for it or some1 else owns it. even gfx. come to think of it im pretty sure i saw Nova's entry used somewhere.. so u ppl who do competitions.. a bit of hinsight here.. always remember those "sample" or "preview" watermarks in entries ;)

Doing a little digging, it seems his two "mains" are Heid banger (notice the space) and Bullvar, both in FATAL Alliance. Apologies if these chars are indeed not him, but the circumstantial evidence points in that direction. He's signed some posts as Heidbanger / Bullvar, so it would seem it would be the same person.
A little more digging would reveal that he's apparently from Scotland and is 33 years old and live/lived in Glasgow... I better stop there 
And I guess he hasn't done anything wrong yet (unless he use the sig/sigs on another forum than EVE-O), other than being an asshat and wasting peoples time, but now you can keep an eye out for those other names anyway

I really don't like using SAMPLE watermarks because they often distort the colours / depth of a piece, but if this is the case then I guess I'll have to start doing that

Although I havn't made very many within the last 6 months or so, same goes for me.
I usually don't like to put sample text over a graphic. I guess I've got to start, you can't trust anyone these days .

I was being slightly sarcastic by the way. Even though I do think people shouldn't automatically assume that someone is trustworthy, I'm too lazy to put "sample" all over my signatures.
I usually do it with something that I wouldn't want to have stolen, like a website design or something. Signatures don't take especially long to make so plastering "sample" all over a signature is kind of pointless. That said, it doesn't mean I want signatures stolen, I just think there's less of a loss if someone steals a signature as opposed to a website design.

Don't whine ppl who created sigs for this dude, he didnt ask you all to make demo sigs. You took that upon yourselves. (nice work nova btw)

You sir, need to read the initial post over again, and dont read the last few replies and make a summary of it. Yes he did ask ppl in this forum, who call themself sigmakers to come forth and compete with each other, with a decent 1st price to the winner. What I also find funny, is in your summary, we could say even you whine about this.
The irony of your post m8 is funny. First calling us whiners, and then do it yourself 
If you ask me, this guy have pulled a scam in the forum, which are bannable. I would love to see a comment from a forum moderator on this, but I guess they will stay out of it.

just want to clear this up, my Alt is Heid banger with a space.
This guy heidbanger isnt me, so careful with the allegations
