I'm interested in transfering this character to the highest bidder.
He has Maxed out the Learning skills and includes a Harbinger equiped with the mining foreman link-laser optimization module.
He is an excellent starter character due to the max learning and has around 8 mil. SP.
Attributes are (before implants):
Percep. 18, Memory 17, Willpower 27, Intel. 19, Charisma 14

he has all +1's except for willpower which is has a +2
but the attribute lists i gave were before the implants.
after implants his stats are:
intelligence 20.90
Charisma 15.40
Perception 19.80
Memory 18.70
Willpower 29.70
