yea probably but i would personally rather meet people who have something to stake in eve....aka in an alliance that claims some space or does something useful, hence this forum.

You think boston is bad try upstate NY. The only people that play EvE around here are the people I tought it to (currently thats four people lol).

I kinda liked Ithaca for the year I lived there. If only Boston wasn't 6 hours away from Delaware.

Born & raised in RI, but spent the last 5 or so years in Boston so I'd try to make it unless you want only true Mass holes.

Currently going to school at umass at Amherst, MA(after living in boston for a year). But I could roll back to boston to chat with other nerds about eve at a bar or w/e on a weekend.

My suggestions for places to meet up in Boston:
Game On (sports bar)
Boston Beer Works (bar that serves its own micro brewery beers)
Jillian's (its like half bar half recreation with pool, bowling, arcades...etc. scantily clad waitresses)

I was going to suggest some places like Felt & 33, but I am guessing as geeks we don't want to go to a place with a dress code. There are also numerous options in the financial district and haymarket areas, but I have never been bar-hopping there (hence i would like to explore something new). We could try south boston, the L street tavern (featured in multiple movies shot in Boston) is small but nice, and Murphy's Law is a great place if you want to rub shoulders with x-con's.
For more "budget" options we can go to bars popular with students in Brighton/Allston like Whitehorse, Our House and a few others.
