Ive been carebearing for months while I train.Never being one to gank a hauler/miner/mission runner my sec is 4.0.
Well you just arent  sporting that.Beings I hate politics and especialy MMO politics, Yaaring shalt be my new career....
Any ideas to lower my sec status and gain some bountys without picking on 2 week old e-uni pilots...

Just kill everything you see and remember to pod them as well. That tends to lower the sec status a tad

Go to Loes and kill macro haulers. Haven't done it myself (since I'm anti-pirate and need high sec status ), but I hear you can pop + pod lots and lots of haulers every day.

Acquire alt, move both characters to system x that is lowsec with cloning facilities. Create bookmark 200km off station, hand to alt. Commence podding to desired security status.

WTF? This is a statement I'd never thought I'd see. A AE member not wanting to gank everything in site. FWIW, the only time I lost a ship for the month I spent in Syndicate was to a AE pilot in a saber who caught my hauler (when I was moving out no less) 1 jump out from low sec.

Just go into low-sec, warp to some belts, and have some fun with whatever suits your fancy. .1 to .4 space, almost anything you shoot will lower your sec status... as long as you shoot first. And no concord! Just avoid gates and stations while you have a red counter , as the sentry guns will still do their best, though they aren't quite the nasty things they are in high-sec.
Repeat until the desired sec-status is reached.
Lots of non-noobs in low-sec too.

Yeah trade sec with me. You'll be an outlaw and I'll be a carebear.
Then people will be surprised when I gank them. Haven't had that in a while.

All I can say is, check this out and have fun ;)
If you wanna be a biatch about it you can also find a mission running system, go to a station with your favourite destroyer, slap on some sensor boosters and guns and podkill people who lost their ship in a mission (which is horrible but i've seen it happen :/)
smartbombing macroers ftw to lose sec rating ;)

Buy a cheap frig - maybe a Condor.
Arm it with something cheap.
Go to the nearest high sec jumpgate.
Open fire on the first ship that you see.
Fly pod back to station
Lather, rinse, repeat
At least you'll get some fireworks out of it.

good to lower ur Sec Stat is to find a MiningOp and
show them ur smartbombin BS
