i. Termination of EULA
CCP may terminate the EULA, close all your Accounts, and cancel all rights granted to you under the EULA if: (i) you fail to pay the subscription fee when due; (ii) CCP is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide; (iii) you or anyone using any of your Accounts materially breaches the EULA, makes any unauthorized use of the System or Software, or infringes the rights of CCP or any third party; or (iv) CCP becomes aware of game play, chat or player activity under your Account that is, in CCP's discretion, inappropriate or in violation of the Rules of Conduct. Such termination shall be effective upon notice transmitted via electronic mail, or any other means reasonably calculated to reach you.
CCP reserves the right to terminate any and all other Accounts that share the name, phone number, e-mail address, internet protocol address or credit card number with the closed Account. Termination by CCP under this section shall be without prejudice to or waiver of any and all of CCP's other rights or remedies, all of which are expressly reserved, survive termination, and are cumulative. You will not receive a refund of prepaid subscription fees for a termination pursuant to this section.
If im reading this correctly, shouldnt i get a mail saying ive been banned ?
And please dont lock this thread since im still not talking about the GM's descion nor any other thing except your own stated rules.
Im just trying to figure out my rights according to CCP even though they are small.

We have rights?
And I interpret that to say we get eve-mailed or emailed that we are terminated, otherwise they breach the EULA and we go to the watchdogs, courts and or media.

You sure they have got your correct email adress? I know from earlier posts made by CCP that they have had problems contacting players due to they have got your outdated email adress in their system?
Else I dont think you can do much else then just wait on your petition answer.

If you haven¦t updated your e-mail addy that might be the reason why you didn¦t receive a mail? Otherwise maybe try to petition and ask for clarification . If you cant petition because you are banned try using a trial account to file one.
I¦m not a GM so I do not know how the rules work in detail but I¦m trying to be helpful.

You should have got some sort of communication. Are you sure that the email address on the account is a working one.
I have waited nearly 2 weeks to get a reply from customer services, they will round to you some time.
Also, no matter what the EULA says, CCP have to behave in a reasonable manner. Like applying all of their EULA on all of their customers for example.

But my registerd email address is still working and is correct.
I have petitioned still waiting for a answer but going on 3 days now my peacful attitude is starting to come to a end.
Cause this is beyond frustating not knowing what ive done to deserve being banned.

I think a big notice coming up when you try to log in is another means of communication that will reach you.

Sure a screen pops up saying "banned for char scamming".
Always want abit more info regarding what char i scammed since ive havent sold any char within the nearest 6 months.
Call me a stickler but after payed for 2 years subscription 4 words isnt exactly customer support.

There is a number of reasons why an email didn't reach you, such as incorrect email, internet issue, spam/junk filter etc.
If you haven't recieved anything you can contact Customer Support by creating a petition, in the Billing & Account category.

But I say that this is indeed pathetic customer support, so you should either send a copy of your story to PCgamer (remember all their Eve stuff? they are quite influential). I also think you should demand compensation from CCP, like 50M per day you couldent play to cover ISK you could/should have made should you be playing.
That is ofc assuming your completely innocent, im saying that so Devs dont get trigger happy with me...

That's odd, all your recent petitions looked closed. Anyway, try emailing [email protected], you could use a different email than the one tied to your account, but make sure you include relevant character/account names. No passwords though!

no worries wrangler it's been a blast.
im leaving thanks for atleast answering my post and not locking it.
and a freidnly tip you should really look over you policys for banning and such.
i mean it affects people espiaclly when one has put 2 years of his freetime into this game and then gets royaly screwed over.
And you guys dont even have a contacts page on you main eve site.
