I'm looking for a character that has skills relevant to running lvl4s. That means BS, large guns, relevant support skills, etc.
Would prefer lazer/shield skills to fly a Nightmare. Projectiles/shield is also fine for flying a Mach. Might also accept missiles/shield for CNR.
Not looking for lvl5 in everything. I prefer lvl4 in most skills since the difference between lvl4 and 5 isn't very big, but because the time to train it is exponentially insane most people will overprice their characters if they've got lots of lvl5 skills. A few lvl3s here and there are acceptable. |

24.9M SP, 1.95M unallocated SP, has all the prereqs for Marauders, focused on Gallente.
1 Remap Available + 2 bonus remaps.
+4 implants, except +3 social.

Spaceship Command V
Very good Gunnery (9.3M SP and Drone (5.92M SP) skills

Hey there, so far your character is the best choice I've seen. I'm not really interested in hybrid weapons, but I can cross-train into lasers/projectiles fast enough with the support skills you already have. I want your character, what is your starting bid? |

Just now I noticed you didn't want Gallente/Hybrid. Having so many SP in drones, Hybrid Weapons and Gallente Ships, probably it would be somewhat of a waste if you don't intend to use them and not sure if it's worth the price from your point of view, but probably you know better  |

Yes, for that price I'd accept the character if it had the skills I was looking for, but not if I have to cross-train. I might change my mind if I can't find a character that fits my needs, so I'll keep your character in mind, thanks. |

Heres my char, not exactly what your looking for but i built this char to run 4's in a sleipnir and he runs them just as fast as you can in any CNR or Macharial.
If you buy the char i'll include the fitting (not the mods or the ship but the list of mods) for his lv.4 sleip, it costs about 2b for the ship + fit and there might even be one up on contract right after the sale in the station hes located.
700+ dps with good range, 900+ dps having to move around with a mwd, never had a problem tanking any Ministry of War (amarr) lv.4.
