2 hours + of lvl4 mission running killing many battleships, and theres no increase in security status at all, the secutity status page on toon sheet registers none of the kills.???

Were you killing drones? Drones don't give sec status.
edit: that or you have maxed out your sec status for where you are running missions with the type of pirates your killing.

many different mission's funny enough no drone ones at all.
all normaly give a good increase.
can someone explain?

IIRC, the rats in the missions do not give sec standing increases. only ratting in the belts gives sec standing increase.
the missions give faction standing increases. If they gave both, it would be "overpowered" i guess.

mission rats have been giving sec increase for a very long time.
its just simply stopped.

belt rats are'nt giving at momant eithe rat leats not the sansha in catch not like it really affects me much but I have been trying to get my looting alt up with some security (you never know when you'll need it and no gains last few days)

Odd I've been running Level 4's for the Matari and have been getting sec status fine. Went from -1.4 to -1.1. Been shooting everyone from the Amarr to Serpentis. Not that many Battleships either perhaps 4 per mission (Shoddy cheap agent  )

The increase increments are insanely small. I'm at 1.2 and climbing, but I think my actual rating is like 1.1993434942354239 or some crap because of the miniscule increases in sec status. All the rats give status, the amount increased is paltry to say the least.

The changes might be small, but they ARE recorded...or are supposed to be.
Just checked mine, and no changes have been logged despite 2 days of 0.0 belt ratting.
Yet my wallet shows definate bounty logs concerning the said rats.
It's fubar.

Its a bugg, I am having the same issue.
I have made a post about it here, plz post there to keep it on top.
Dont forget to file a stuck petition, I have done so before and got it fixed for a short time and to send a bug report to CCP.
The strange thing about this is that you DO get sec status for helping a friend completing a mission.
