Hello,
Phoenix Division is Recruiting! We're mainly a mining corporation working out of lower derelik with a strong security base.
What do we Offer?
- Fun! Fun People, Fun Mining, Fun everything!
- Security for our mining team
- Vent - So you can see how weird our corp REALLY is. 
- Free ammo, equipment, etc., etc.
-Chances at promotions within the corp.
What do we want?
- Paid accounts are extremely preffered.
- Miners, combat pilots, haulers, anyone is wanted!
- Pirates and/or scammers need not apply.

This Corporation wrongly accused me of theft, and then began an attack on me on the forums by which I was personally insulted by several members of their corporation, who seemed to have an agenda against me.
If you wish to join a Corporation which cannot hold its own territory and continually hides from any petty pirate threats that enters its territory - Join Phoenix Division
If you wish to join a Corporation in which the members will turn against you in a second and throw personal childish insults around with no evidence, just accusation, join Phoenix Division
If you want to join a corp with the combined PVP potential of a fleet of IBIS's, join Phoenix Division.
You may be thinking, they're an industrial corp - why do they need pvp potential? Well, that would be because they spend most of their time hiding at a POS.
If you wish to join a corp in which you spend hours upon hours mining and never reap a single benefit, join phoenix division.
If you wish to join a corp in which a player named shiriku will classify you a geek for not attending ops, while he himself spends 20 hours a day online in his (lets be honest shiri) old age, join phoenix division.
I have served with several corporations and never once have I wrongly taken, for my own benefit. I asked for an apology, and recieved nothing.
This corp lack professionalism, and will speak about 'kicking ass' of their enemies, but when it comes to it, they will hide, and hide, and hide.

Let me address your issues stated here.
We had no agenda against you, we wished you luck and fun and said good-bye.
We turned against you when your R/L friend or your Alt (not sure which) stole from another corp member. You brought him into our corp. Sorry to see you don't know your friends all that well, or maybe you do.
Considering we opened personnal wallets to help you buy and fit your drake - due to your own lack of skills, I find that statement funny.
Smart fleet ops do not constitute throwing away ships when you are out numbered and out classed. Any noob would know that.
I guess free amo/mods don't count as partial payment for your time. Most of the ops you were on were for pos fuel. No one got paid for those. If you would of been around longer for the profit ops, you would of received payment.
In regards to Shiri - yes he's older then you, but he would of given you all the help you wanted. No need to get jealous that his command of the english language is better then yours.
You never asked for an apology and to be honest won't receive one. We still don't know if you are the other char.
You have lots to learn young one in the ways of fighting and hopefully you'll take advise from those with more experience and save yourself isk from having to replace ships.
One last point, if it were YOUR ships and mods stolen, wouldn't you want your corp to step up to the plate for you and make sure it wasn't done to anyone else?????

HB - I also helped out your members with large amounts of isk, it was not a one way process. Shiri's English is certainly not better than mine, and with regards to an apology, speak to Megaman.
