hi was thinking of this for solo pvp.obviously have to pick targets but would dictate both target and range with cloak 
would engage at 4.5 km
1 t2 covert ops cloak, 3xt2 heavy neutron blasters.(void)
1 t2 sensor booster,3x phased moun damps,scrammer,1 fleeting webby
3x mfs t2 and a cpr
2 damp rigs
3 t2 hammers 2 t2 hobs
would take most ships nearly 2 minutes to lock at a range of about 7 km.
wat u think?

It takes an Ishtar with a sensor booster 54 seconds.... but it seems really risky, as you said pick your targets. This is talked about in one of the Arazu threads.
If you're going to try it out, I'd switch the sensor booster for MWD (for get aways) and an MFS for another CPR (since the MWD will suck out some cap).
Something a little off topic, will sentry drones fire on people without a lock? I know they will in missions.

im buying one soon,
ill try with a Mwd and maybe a cap booster in the mid.
cause yes you may have to run and get in close range without mwd can be pain you cant always do it cloak but thats my idea.
if a cap booster well no cpr in lows. but some dmg mod and a marII for sure.
you have to play wise with your setup ;)

one option might be to drop the sensor booster for an ECM burst. its a nice module to use along with dampeners. |

Or just an ECM mod in general, breaking the lock is what matters.

The thing about the Arazu is it gets bonuses to sensor damps and scrambler/disruptors. Long Range is the game to play here. With the long range distuptors x2 you can lock a ship down, then you only need a few sensor damps to completely shut him down from locking you. Fit 250mm Rails on that sucker and keep him there, prevent his lock and kill.
