I'm looking at selling one of my accounts, her skills are pretty much totally PVP oriented. Currently can fly Chimeras and Phoenixes as well as a very nice T2 Raven. Character is HAC ready, just needs the skillbook. She also has a good reputation/sec status and is currently located in Jita.

not really cap ship capable... other then being able to FLY them you'll only have them in the same damn system for at least another few months

Well obviously she can't use all capital related skills just yet, only 17.5M SP. She is however very close compared to most other 'CLOSE TO CAPSHIPS' characters that get advertised, not to mention she's got over 1B ISK worth of Capital Skillbooks trained already.
She's only 9 days from fighters, 20d from Cap Shield Boosters or 23 days from Jump Drive Calibration.
It's your choice, spend 140M on a Timecard and wait a couple of months or go out and spend 7B for a total cap read pilot now.
