I am going to sell my Ice Harvester II BPO. It is currently safely tucked away in empire space.
Starting bid: 2 bil
Bid increments: 200 mil
Reserve: None
Buyout: Make me an offer I can't refuse.

To answer the 2nd poster: The BPO is not researched, because there isn't that much to be gained by doing research on it. The way I see it, it's much better to manufacture at PE/ME 0. So that's what it is.

Er, uh...
Did you own this for more than a month?
Even at today's "measley" 3M profit per unit it would take less than 3 months to be back in the black on a PE3 research, taking it from 9B to 11B annual sales profit, a 2B annual increase in profit. If you've had it back 10 months ago when the profit was nearly 20M/unit that would mean an increase in profit of 12B annually for that research to PE3.
Or are there other things to be gained by researching BPOs?

To answer your question: No, I haven't had the bpo for very long, and math is not my strong suit.
If your calculations are correct, I sure hope the bidding will get going soon. I thought setting a low starting bid and no reserve would perk peoples interest a bit more.

It's a long auction which makes ppl wait since there is not set buyout...but be sure bidding will start once getting close to end of auction

The BPO has been sold to the last player who came in with a valid bid, which is mr Anson Halleck, who was gracious enough to offer 6 billion for it, so I wouldn't lose any isk by not accepting either Rockhunter's bid or the one I got online.
