I have so far had:
1 (and only one so far :( ) mission with implant as a the reward. Mission finnished but no implant and no luck whith petitation either.
4 missions that claimes that Concord would realy be pleased, but nothing, not even a tap on my shoulder .. :)
Lots of 'important' kill missions that claims that your faction standing will benefit from them, but as I can see only about 1/3 of them realy did anything to the standings.
Other missions giving isk/things and/or not bonus or regular kill missions seems to work fine. For me at least.
Hope others are more lucky than me with those missions, kind of suck when you feel you get cheated on :)

yeah, I have still have the same concord rating I had on patch day. And I've been up to allsorts (bad and good).
I do get the implants though.
And my faction rating goes up as it should.
I think it might just be that mission that says concord will be pleased that is broken.

I did "bring back the evidence" yesterday - which before the patch increased the sec rating by 0.3 as far as i remember - I checked my sec-rating in the corp-member section before and after the mission - not a slightest 0.00000001 was given for the mission...
didnŠt have an implant mission since castor - what is your standing with the agent(s) giving implant missions ?

I can't really say weather u are havin problems or not - but a good tip is to right click on the standings bar for your corp or agent and click the view transactions tab. This gives a full list of the standings increases. This way you can easily see what standing increase you are getting for each mission. Hope it help you to sort out your problems

I can confirm the concord mission problem. I've had only one such mission but it indeed did not affect my sec. rating nor concord standing at all (I've checked transactions to be sure)
Incidentally: is there currently any way of increasing sec rating when above 0.0? I'm not sure whether it matters much anymore but I'm curious nonetheless 
As for important missions: no problem there for me.
Some have caused a marginal increase to standing but they all did boost my faction and corp standings as expected. I've worked for Republic Justice Department and Republic Fleet thusfar (the issue could be corp-specific perhaps?)
Implants: no luck for me there either, though I've read reports from other players in this forum stating that they did receive implants. Hence I assume they've simply become a far less common since the Castor build.

The Concord mission doesn't currently raise security rating, *but*, this is not a mission problem: it's a security-rating-not-working-properly problem. NOTHING alters your security rating atm.

Mission bugs so far
1. 3 agents in the same station lvl1s give out the same mission over and over 100s of times and still no change.
2. 2 lvl2 agents gave about 5 missions and then they seem to of ran out of work or somtin they like to say come back later.
3. lvl3 agent in the same station gave about 5 missions and has also decided to say come back later.
So basicly I have to go to a new station start all over from lvl1 and hope I don't run
into the same problems.
Lossing much faith in this.. petition after petition.
