load them into your hull of a big ship and take them somewhere to recycle plant.
I do this when i'm moving my hauller to a new site to do AFK mining (like whem i have to pick up the kids)

change agents or set up courier missions for ppl to move the shuttles for you in their indies.

... Just sell them, then.
Set the price slightly below 10 k NPC's ask for, and the sell order time to something long like 1-3 months.

This is a cunning strategy to lower the price of shuttles across the universe - sell them low, and spread cheap shuttles all over.

im lucky witha recycle place, i recycle ehm and voila, i got nuff trit for another mission

transporting 150 shuttles, hmmm 3 shuttles a pop, 50 trips, for a total of how much trit. Nah, the agent used to be good, now gives me only crap, maybe Ill leave the bastard be

560 Shuttles, Recycled them, then next 6-7 missions had shuttles as rewards and im back to 145 shuttles.
I guess my agent wants to make sure I can always get around nice and fast.
