well ok lets talk about this
how much of you lost to lag in situation you could win or should win, ofc for lag o got it or maybe did not get it back
well ofc when u get ship reimbursed u get all lost modules u lost with ship
so after loos like that, most people will think that u do suck 
and with eve situation like this i loss lots of ships and i get lots of them back
so maybe ppl who gives ships back could send a eve mail to guy who get kill mail that ship was reimbursed due lag or so
tbh thigs like this works bad to reputation, i dont want anythink more just somethink that would make me look good
not bad sucky sucky pvp'er

I *think* he's saying he wants the guy who got the killmail to receive another mail saying "this kill was due to server error and the ship has been reimbursed. Your e-peen stats have been readjusted by -1.0%"
