Hi all,
Old Farts doors are still open  , and are looking to take on new members.
What we are:
- Group of mature players who like to have fun, and work together with the entire group in mind. Keep in mind age and maturity do not always go hand in hand, but the emphasis is on maturity.
- Multi race based, we will take on all members from all races.
- A reputable corporation. We don't steal, lie, cheat or use exploits. However, we won't be afraid to defend if necessary.
- Manufacturing corporation. We have the majority of all frig/cruisers in stock and all the other items to go with em. If you need em built, we can do it. And we have access to other higher level blueprints - battleships.
We are looking for all members, young and old, new and experienced. We will help to get you on your way, and will strive to make your ingame experience enjoyable.
If any of this appeals to you, or you would like some additional information, please contact me ingame. I can be found on most nights North American and becuase of the the current holidays, on during the days as well for the next little bit.

As a pretty green noobie I joined Old Farts about 2 weeks ago and have to say it's been a great experience. The corporation members couldn't be nicer, the chat is both good natured and mature, and it's a great place to get started in Eve.
My first day in the corporation folks gave me lots of neat goodies that helped me outfit my frigate for mining and basic fighting. When they do team mining excursions they split the proceeds equally among all participants - even though us noobies aren't as productive as the more experienced players mining in cruisers or battleships. Once you're past the (one week)probationary period the corporation even reimburses you for the cost of skills you buy to train - costing up to 100,000 isk - so you can really get a head start on developing your character.
Looking for a "safe" way to get your feet wet in some serious combat? Several corporation members are willing to help noobies learn the ropes. My second day in the corporation they gave me some pretty good weapons and took me out to kill some pirates - even let me keep all the loot!
The corporation actually has a system that rewards experienced members for helping noobies! As a result, you can generally count on having someone around to help when you really need it.
Need that first cruiser? Using the corporation's "c-hour" program allows you to have one built for you for a lot less effort than buying one on the open market. The corp also works with other friendly corporations for large scale mining operations of valuable rare ores in 0.0 space.

Kej...will do. However, currently having borked computer syndrome. I "accidently" deleted some of my os files  and have to reformat/install everything again. Should have up and running by January 2/04
