BoB however are not happy at all that the fact they made the approach to VLINC (via one of there tenants, but with BoB blessing, ) is made public. as with the approach to current coalition members BoB apparently expected the overtures to remain confidential, and are not happy that details of there offers/requests are being made public

I think you are missing the point somewhat, BoB has decided which alliances are the threat and are hoping to attract what they see as the weaker alliances to their side. which in time I imagine will become isk earners for BoB

Read up pretty boy, there are rules about what/how you can post these days from other forums.
